This policy explains how TeckPal Technology Ltd collects and uses personal information through ezyshop.ai and the Ezyshop platform.
Two kinds of data
Merchant data is information about you as an Ezyshop customer. TeckPal decides how it is used, and this policy describes that.
Shop data is information about your shop's own customers: their orders, addresses and accounts. That data belongs to you as the merchant. We store and process it only to run your shop, on your instructions, and never sell it or use it for our own marketing. Each shop publishes its own privacy policy to its customers.
What we collect from merchants
- Account details: your name, phone number, email address and the staff accounts you create.
- Business details: shop name, domain, trade licence number and address, where you provide them.
- Billing records: plans, invoices, payment status and references. Card details are handled by SSLCommerz and never reach us.
- Usage and technical data: sign-in times, pages used in the admin panel, device and browser information, and security logs.
- Messages: what you send us by email, phone, SMS or chat.
How we use it
- to create and run your account and shop, and sign you in securely;
- to bill you and send renewal and service notices;
- to provide support;
- to keep the platform secure and prevent fraud;
- to improve Ezyshop;
- to tell you about new features, which you can opt out of at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed with the service providers that make Ezyshop work:
- hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase);
- SSLCommerz, to process payments;
- SMS and email providers, to send sign-in codes and notices;
- analytics and advertising tools on ezyshop.ai (Google and Meta), in hashed or aggregated form;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in; this is necessary for the service. On ezyshop.ai we also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand visits and measure our advertising. You can block these in your browser settings.
Security
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Sign-in uses one-time codes, sessions are stored only as hashes and can be ended at any time, and every staff member's permissions are checked on every request.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. Billing records are kept after an account closes, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and shop data at any time, apart from records we must keep by law.

Children
Ezyshop is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
